Vendor & Affiliate Partnership Policy
This policy describes how PeptideSciences101 evaluates vendor inquiries and any prospective commercial partnerships. Publication of this policy does not mean an affiliate or sponsorship program is operating. We do not currently accept vendor payments, run affiliate links, or publish sponsored content. Any future change would require a separate written arrangement, appropriate disclosures, and updates to our public editorial and funding statements.
1. Purpose and mission
PeptideSciences101 documents peptide science, research developments, regulatory status, and evidence limitations. Commercial interests do not determine our scientific conclusions or editorial priorities. Listing a company does not establish the safety, effectiveness, lawful marketing, or suitability for human use of any product.
2. Partnership categories
Independent vendor directory
The existing vendor directory is an editorial reference describing publicly available transparency information. Inclusion is discretionary, not for sale, and does not confer approval or an endorsement. Profiles may identify business details, product categories, testing information, and the limitations of any verification performed. Our Vendor Transparency & Verification Program explains the documentary review criteria, review statuses, evidence limits, and ongoing reassessment.
Prospective affiliate relationships
We may review proposals for referral arrangements involving legally marketable products or services. No referral arrangement is approved simply because an inquiry is submitted. Commission rates, tracking and attribution rules, and eligible transactions must be negotiated in a separate written agreement before any links are activated.
Prospective sponsorships
Clearly labeled sponsorships may be evaluated separately from the independent directory. Sponsors cannot purchase favorable coverage, influence evidence grading, suppress safety findings, or obtain an editorial endorsement. No sponsored placements are currently offered.
3. Vendor eligibility and documentation
Applicants should be prepared to provide:
- Registered legal business name, operating location, website, and authorized contact.
- Business registration and applicable licenses or authorizations.
- Product and service categories and relevant intended uses.
- Manufacturing, sourcing, quality-control, and lot-traceability practices.
- Available batch-specific certificates of analysis and independent laboratory reports, including analytical methods and laboratory qualifications.
- Material regulatory notices, warning letters, enforcement actions, or other compliance concerns.
- A proposed arrangement and any commercial terms for consideration.
Testing paperwork alone does not prove sterility, clinical safety, efficacy, regulatory approval, or legal marketability. Documentation may be independently checked and additional evidence requested.
4. Product and regulatory compliance
All proposed activities must comply with applicable FDA, FTC, and federal, state, and local requirements. PeptideSciences101 will not knowingly facilitate the unlawful promotion or sale of unapproved drug products. We will not approve consumer-directed affiliate promotion of investigational peptides for self-administration.
Unacceptable practices include:
- Unsubstantiated treatment, disease-prevention, safety, efficacy, or sterility claims.
- Claims of FDA approval or pharmaceutical-grade status without substantiation.
- Marketing research compounds for human use while using research-only disclaimers as a shield.
- Vendor advertising that supplies unapproved dosing or injection directions.
- Misleading laboratory testing, product identity, or purity representations.
A “research use only” label does not, by itself, establish that a product falls outside drug regulation. Regulatory treatment depends on the product, its intended use, and the context of marketing. Factual discussion of suppliers may be permitted without facilitating consumer purchases or implying therapeutic approval.
5. Editorial independence
PeptideSciences101 retains final editorial control over research articles, evidence grades, vendor information, corrections, and regulatory reporting. Partners cannot dictate conclusions, purchase favorable rankings, require positive reviews, or request suppression of accurate criticism, relevant safety information, or regulatory developments. Scientific content and commercial decisions remain separate.
6. Affiliate and sponsorship disclosures
If any commercial arrangements are introduced, financial or other material relationships will be disclosed clearly and conspicuously, close to the relevant endorsements and links, in accordance with applicable FTC requirements. Disclosures will identify affiliate compensation, sponsored content, free products, or other material benefits as relevant. Disclosure alone cannot make a misleading endorsement or unlawful promotion acceptable.
Illustrative future disclosure: “PeptideSciences101 may receive compensation from eligible partner links. Commercial relationships do not determine our editorial conclusions.” This is not a statement that paid links are currently active.
7. External linking and search integrity
- Paid, sponsored, and affiliate links will use an appropriate qualification, ordinarily
rel="sponsored"(orrel="nofollow"where suitable). - We do not sell or guarantee do-follow links intended to pass search-ranking credit.
- Independently selected editorial references may be linked without commercial consideration.
- Partners cannot require manipulative anchor text or guaranteed editorial placement.
- Links may be removed or revised for compliance, safety, editorial, security, or search-quality reasons.
8. Commercial terms
Any future commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement that identifies eligible products or services, fees or commission rates, attribution windows, reporting, payment timing, refunds and reversals, contract duration, termination, and any outstanding obligations. This policy establishes no standard price, commission rate, referral minimum, exclusivity, or commitment to accept a proposal. Payment never guarantees editorial approval.
9. Data protection and tracking
Any tracking must comply with applicable privacy law and our Privacy Policy. Vendors must describe tracking methods and data recipients before implementation. No arrangement authorizes collection or transfer of sensitive health information through referral links. Privacy notices and user choices must be updated before introducing new tracking.
10. Review and monitoring
We aim to reassess reviewed suppliers at least once every 90 days, and sooner when company practices, product catalogs, testing documentation, advertising, or regulatory status materially change. If a scheduled assessment is overdue, its freshness limitation will be disclosed. Vendors should notify us promptly of material changes. PeptideSciences101 may seek independent verification and make editorial corrections when warranted.
11. Suspension and termination
We may decline, suspend, or remove a listing or prospective arrangement when information is misleading, documentation is insufficient, legal compliance is in question, disclosures are deficient, or editorial independence is threatened. Any payment, notice, or termination obligations under an executed agreement will be governed by that agreement.
12. Applications and approval
Applications are reviewed individually. Submission does not establish an affiliation, authorize use of our name or logo, guarantee inclusion, or create a contractual commitment. No commercial relationship exists until authorized representatives agree in writing.
Prospective vendors may send their information and supporting documents to our official partnership contact, marketing-team@jabsystems.io. Please include the subject line “Vendor Partnership Inquiry”.
13. Policy changes
PeptideSciences101 may revise this framework as our editorial practices, legal obligations, or program availability change. Material changes affecting an executed commercial relationship remain subject to that agreement. We do not silently represent proposed opportunities as existing partnerships.
